William Forsythe has radically influenced the field of dance with his choreographic thinking. He has engaged in the most significant artistic currents of our time in performance, visual arts, architecture and interactive multimedia. He was resident choreographer of the Stuttgart Ballet and Director of the Frankfurt Ballet and his works are prominently featured in the repertoire of virtually every major ballet company in the world. His recent creations are developed and performed by this intimate ensemble of dancers and allows Forsythe the kind of intense collaboration he developed in the rehearsal studio over the last 20 years.
